Raymond Chun

Group Head, Canadian Personal Banking

Raymond Chun has dedicated his professional career to TD Bank Group. He currently serves as Group Head, Canadian Personal Banking, responsible for almost 21,000 colleagues serving nearly 14 million customers through a network that includes more than 1,000 branches across Canada.

Ray got his start at TD in 1992 when he entered the Bank's management associate program and has held progressively more senior positions over his three decades with the Bank. Ray's current mandate is the latest in a series of senior executive roles, which have included President and CEO of TD Insurance, President of TD Direct Investing, and Group Head for Wealth Management and TD Insurance. Ray has also worked across the bank in a variety of areas including product, distribution, direct channels, customer experience, and data and analytics.

Ray's focus on exceptional customer experiences and delivering innovation has improved the strength and performance of the businesses he has led. He is known for building diverse, high-performing teams that are committed to serving the needs of TD's customers and clients.

Born in Korea, Ray earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Queen’s University.

Ray and his wife Karen make their home in Oakville, Ontario and they have two grown children.
