CRA Public Files

The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of the communities in which they do business. Our CRA Public Files and the one of TD Bank USA N.A., our affiliate, can be accessed via the tabs below. 

TD Bank, N.A. CRA Public File

The CRA data about our small business, small farm, and community development lending activity are available on the FFIEC website. 

The HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending are available online for review. The data show geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available online. For more information, visit the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's website.

TD Bank USA, N.A. CRA Public File

The CRA data about TD Bank USA's community development lending activity are available on the FFIEC website.  

TD Bank USA is not an HMDA filer. There are no HMDA disclosure reports.
